Super Mario Bros 2 sequels
Super Mario Bros. 2 follows the 1985 videogame of the same title. This game was a huge hit, but it is not a direct sequel. These two games were both developed by Nintendo. They were released on the Nintendo Entertainment System in 1988/89, respectively. The game introduced several new features that were not present in the predecessor. These included a higher bounce after stomping upon enemies, different jump mechanics, and a new character named Luigi.
